Ultra high pressure electric pump product category

Time: 2023-06-16 Hits: 1

There are many hydraulic products, ultra-high pressure electric pump belongs to a kind of hydraulic products, the hydraulic product is driven by the engine or the motor, and then the oil is sucked from the hydraulic tank, so as to form the pressure oil discharge.

So what are the common types of ultra-high pressure electric pumps? Below to understand.

(1) According to whether the flow can be adjusted can be divided into: variable pump and quantitative pump.

The output flow can be adjusted according to the needs of the variable pump, the flow can not be adjusted called quantitative pump.

(2) According to the pump structure commonly used in the hydraulic system, it is divided into: gear pump, blade pump and plunger pump 3 kinds.

Gear pump: small volume, simple structure, the cleanliness of the oil requirements are not strict, the price is cheaper; However, the pump shaft is subjected to unbalanced force, serious wear and leakage.

Vane pump: divided into double acting vane pump and single acting vane pump. The pump has uniform flow, smooth operation, low noise, higher pressure and volumetric efficiency than gear pump, and more complex structure than gear pump.

Piston pump: high volumetric efficiency, small leakage, can work under high pressure, mostly used in high-power hydraulic system; However, the structure is complex, the material and processing accuracy are required to be high, the price is expensive, and the cleanliness of the oil is required to be high.

[Note: the plunger pump is generally used when the gear pump and blade pump cannot meet the requirements. There are some other forms of hydraulic pumps, such as screw pumps, but the application is not as common as the above three]

The above [common types of ultra-high pressure electric pumps and their related characteristics] introduction, we will share so much first. If you need the ultra-high pressure electric pump, you can contact us for consultation!
